Ingredients

10 ounces frozen spinach drained, chopped, and squeezed dry
6 ounces artichoke hearts chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded, divided in half
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Set aside half of the mozzarella cheese. Add the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayo, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, the remaining four ounces of mozzarella, and the garlic powder, to a large bowl and mix until fully combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into a medium baking dish, then top with the remaining four ounces of mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Switch the oven to broil on high and cook for 1 to 3 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Allow the dip to rest for a few minutes, then serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

Squeeze the spinach very well: Excess liquid thins the dip, so draining it is important.
Use softened cream cheese: This helps everything mix smoothly and evenly.
Broil at the end: This creates that beautiful golden cheesy layer.
Let it sit a few minutes before serving: The dip thickens slightly for perfect scooping.
