Spinach and artichoke dip is an easy recipe that disappears fast at parties. It’s warm, creamy, cheesy, and just feels like the perfect “everyone scoop and share” kind of appetizer. It’s a great dip for any occasion from a super bowl party to a Christmas party.

  • artichoke hearts, chopped
  • mayonnaise
  • cream cheese, softened
  • Parmesan cheese
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • garlic powder

How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Set aside half of the mozzarella cheese. Add the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayo, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, the remaining four ounces of mozzarella, and the garlic powder, to a large bowl.

  1. Mix together until the ingredients are well combined.

  1. Spread the mixture evenly into a medium baking dish, then top with the remaining four ounces of mozzarella cheese.

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Switch the oven to broil on high and cook for 1 to 3 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly. Allow the dip to rest for a few minutes, then serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
