Variations

  • Swap out the sparkly: If you want to try a different combination, use prosecco, cava, or Moscato d’asti in place of champagne.
  • Make it tropical: Swap orange juice for mango, pineapple juice, or a juice mixture, for a tropical twist.
  • Fancy it up: Add a splash of grenadine for a fun colorful ombré effect.

How to Make Peach Mimosas

STEP 1: Pour chilled orange juice into your favorite champagne glass.

STEP 2: Add peach schnapps, then top with chilled champagne.

Champagne poured into glass on a marble table.

STEP 3: Garnish with a fresh orange slice and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Chill ingredients: Have champagne, orange juice, and even the schnapps chilled ahead of time for the most refreshing flavor.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Use dry champagne to keep the drink from becoming too sweet, for sweet peach mimosas, swap out with prosecco or Moscato d’asti.
  • Serve in champagne flutes: The narrow glass is made to keep the bubbles fresh and bubbling. If you don’t want as much “bubbly” you can serve them in white wine glasses with slightly larger openings.

Peach Mimosa FAQ’s

Can I make a big batch?

You can, but leave the champagne out until you need it. Combine the orange juice and peach schnapps in a pitcher, then top individual glasses with champagne just before serving.

Can I use frozen peaches as garnish?

Absolutely! They’ll keep the drink cold without watering it down.

how can i make this non-alcoholic?

If you want to skip the alcohol, just swap the peach schnapps with peach juice and use sparkling water or non-alcoholic bubbly instead of champagne.
