I have to admit that I love making this dip, because the light dill flavor is so unexpected! The dill doesn’t overpower the taste, and is actually very crisp and light! Even if you aren’t a dill pickle fan, you have to try this dip!

If you are throwing a party and want a variety, this dip fits right in alongside favorites like Easy Ranch DipCreamy Blue Cheese Dip, Spinach Artichoke Dip, and Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients You Will Need

Chopped pickles, sour cream, pickle juice, and seasonings, measured out and labeled, on a marble table.
  • Sour cream: Creates a thick, creamy base that keeps the dip light and smooth.
  • Dill pickle juice: Adds tangy pickle flavor throughout the dip.
  • Chopped dill pickles: Gives texture and real pickle crunch in every bite.
  • Fresh dill: Brightens the dip and enhances the pickle flavor.
  • Garlic powder: Adds flavor balance without overpowering the pickles.

Expert Tips

Chill Before Serving: Letting the dip rest allows the flavors to blend and deepen.
Drain Pickles Well: Excess liquid can thin the dip too much.
