Chocolate coated peanut butter balls, drizzled with chocolate for decoration, on a white plate.
  1. Drizzle leftover melted chocolate on top, or sprinkle chopped peanuts or candies on top, if desired and let them harden completely.

Expert Tips

  • Keep the mixture cold: Chilled dough rolls more easily and dips without losing its shape.
  • Work in small batches: Leave half the rolled balls in the freezer while dipping the others for a cleaner finish.
  • Smoother chocolate shell: Stir a small amount of coconut oil into the melted chocolate for extra shine.
  • Make them smaller: For kids parties, or when you need more quantity, make the balls smaller. Serve them with a toothpick for a cute pass around dessert bite.
