“If you loved orange creamsicles as a kid, you are going to love the adult version of these little party shots.”

-Becky

Lightly sweet, smooth, and full of nostalgic orange flavor, these dessert shots are always one of the first things to disappear at a party. They’re easy to make ahead, freezer friendly, and so creamy thanks to the orange sherbet and RumChata blended together. I love serving them in little plastic shot glasses so guests can grab and enjoy.

Cool the gelatin mixture first: If it is too warm, it may melt completely melt the sherbet mixture.
Freeze, then chill: This helps the shots hold their shape but keeps them creamy instead of icy.
Serve chilled, not frozen solid: The best texture is soft, cold, and silky.
